About IIMA Administration
IIMA is more than an institution of higher learning. It's governed and administered like any global corporate by an able team of officers and administrative staff. The Board of Governors for IIMA is the principal executive body of the Institute. Headed by the Chairperson, the Board is responsible for the general superintendence, direction and control of the affairs of the Institute and has the power to frame or amend or modify or rescind the regulations governing the affairs of the Institute to achieve the objectives of the Institute. IIMA has dedicated administrative departments to support the functioning of the institution.
Office of the Chief Administrative Officer
The Chief Administrative Officer at IIMA is a senior functionary who provides total administrative support for all the activities of the Institute. He acts as the First Appellate Authority under the RTI Act, 2005. The CAO participates in business and strategic planning٫ implementation of policies and oversees day to day operations of the institute.
